Stevie Awards 2019 recognizes Datamatics in multiple categories at the American Business Awards and Asia Pacific Awards

    Mumbai, India, June 24, 2019: Datamatics, a global IT & BPM Company today announced that it has won numerous honors at the Stevie Awards 2019. The Stevie® Awards are the world's premier business awards. There are seven Stevie Awards programs, each with its own focus. Datamatics was recognized in the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards and the American Business Awards programs.

    Datamatics won Gold Stevie Awards in the Digital Process Automation Solution category in The 17th Annual American Business Awards® for its RPA product, TruBot. The product was recognized for automating complex processes for a leading logistics company in North America, which helped the client to automate and simplify a complex Fuel Billing process to achieve higher operational efficiency. TruBot also won The People’s Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products. The People’s Choice Stevie Awards are a feature of The American Business Awards in which the general public can vote for their favorite new products and services of the year. The American Business Awards received more than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry in a wide range of categories.

    Datamatics TruBot was also recognized at the 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards under the Innovation in the Customer Service category. TruBot was recognized for automating end-to-end customer service requests for a leading bank in India. It automatically sorts and analyzes data received from multiple sources such as branches, call centers, or directly from customers helping the client to achieve 90% improvement in its customer satisfaction. More than 900 nominations from organizations across the Asia-Pacific region were considered for the Asia Pacific Stevie Awards 2019.

    In addition, Datamatics won the Asia Pacific Gold Stevie Awards under Innovation in Technology category for its Virtual Reality Gaming Application for Alzheimer’s patients. The game helps doctors to analyse the patient’s severity of Alzheimer disease and also helps in keeping track of the progress of patients.
