Mumbai, June 12, 2015: Datamatics Global Services Limited (DGSL) won the prestigious IMC-IT award in the category of ‘IT Products – Large’ for its product i-Bridge. The IMC-IT awards are given away by the Indian Merchants’ Chamber (IMC) to recognize stellar efforts by IT companies and End users of IT, both large and SME, every year. Datamatics won this award for i-Bridge – earlier known as Robokey – a Process Automation software that can make complex and tedious manual effort based processes fast, accurate and user friendly.

i-Bridge is an Artificial Intelligence / Fuzzy Logic based Software that can obtain information from any computer application or a site accessible using the internet.  It enables the two way transfer of information between any two computer applications, without the use of an API. For instance it can automatically transfer information to any ERP from a source GUI based application without connecting to backend source data. It is under extensive deployment both by overseas and domestic licensees and for in-house BPO Projects.

The IMC-IT awards 2015 were given away at a glittering function in Mumbai. At this Award ceremony, Narayan Murthy and S Ramadorai were presented with Lifetime Achievement Awards for their contribution to IT. Some of the winners in other categories included HCL Technologies, Ericsson India, Siemens Technologies, State Bank of India, ICICI Prudential and so on.

Speaking on the subject, Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman & CEO at DGSL said, “This award is a testament to the high serviceability of our products. Datamatics’ suit of smart products helps our customers take that leap towards being truly digitised organisations. We not only ensure that manual and repetitive tasks are automated thereby saving time and resources, but also use our solutions and our IP to provide our customers with smart and actionable intelligence for better business decisions. This award also reinforces our claim that going the Product and Solution route is a step in the right direction for the IT Industry.”
