Datamatics recognized for Excellence in Delivery by IAOP

Mumbai, June 16, 2015: Datamatics Global Services Limited was awarded a full star, the highest rating, in the Delivery Excellence category at the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP)’s annual listing of the world's best outsourcing service providers and advisors. Datamatics received this award in the Leader size group. As a global organization dealing with the outsourcing industry, IAOP produces the list annually to help companies with their outsourcing decisions.

The jury for the awards comprised industry experts with personal experience in selecting outsourcing service providers for their organizations. The evaluation process considered several key criteria employed by top customers to rank provider organizations on their overall performance and quality of delivery. These include timeliness and flawlessness of delivery. Also taken into account is meeting or surpassing of customer expectations.
