Datamatics receives several Awards at ET Now & World HRD Congress

Mumbai, March 01, 2019: Datamatics Global Services Ltd. (DGSL), a global IT & BPM company, today announced that it has won five awards at the 27th edition of the ET Now & World HRD Congress held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai on February 16, 2019.

The ET Now World HRD and CSR Congress recognize top performers across sectors in the field of Human Resource Development and their role in social causes globally. These awards are evaluated by an eminent jury comprising of senior professionals based on pre-defined criteria followed by individual presentation to the jury members. This year, the convention was attended by over 1800 professionals from around 130+ countries.

ET Now and World HRD Congress honoured Datamatics with the following awards:

  • Alok Kumar Jha, Executive Vice President & CHRO was conferred with ‘CHRO of the Year - 2019’ award. This award was presented only to the top 3 CHROs across 130 Countries. He received this award for his valuable contribution in the field of HR during the last 27 years. Alok has excellent track record in delivering the right HR strategies by aligning employee and organizational goals
  • Datamatics was also awarded the ‘Best HR Team of the year’ for building a strong cross functional HR team
  • Datamatics also bagged the award for the ‘Best Talent Acquisition Model of the year award’

World HRD Congress presented the following awards to Datamatics:

  •  Sajid Patel, AVP & Head L&D was felicitated with the ‘Top 101 Training & Development Minds’ title
  • Datamatics was also awarded as the ‘National Best Employer Brands’ for its efforts in building a future-ready organization with the right talent mix and a progressive work culture
