Datamatics' HR team receives top honors at the 25th World HRD Congress

Mumbai, February 28, 2017: Datamatics Global Services Limited (DGSL) won four awards at the 25th edition of the World HRD Congress that was recently held in Mumbai. Alok Jha, Senior Vice President & Global Head – HR & CSR was conferred the ‘Most Innovative HR Technology Leader’ as well as the ‘Most Impactful CSR Leader’ award at the World CSR Congress, which was  held on the  same  day.

He received these awards for his outstanding contribution in transforming the HR landscape through technology and his involvement in several community development programmes in association with non-profit organizations. There were two other awards conferred to the HR team for their contribution in training and development as well as for talent acquisition. These awards recognize the companies’ exemplary initiatives and programmes that have driven organizational excellence.

The objective of the HR team at Datamatics is to leverage technology and automation to streamline activities and focus towards the development and career growth of its employees.

The World HRD and CSR Congress recognizes top performers across sectors in the field of Human Resource Development and their role in social causes globally. These awards are evaluated by an eminent jury comprising of senior professionals based on pre-defined criteria. This year, the convention was attended by over 1600 professionals from around 160+ countries.
