Datamatics receives top honours at the 26th World HRD Congress

Mumbai, February 26, 2018: Datamatics Global Services Limited won five awards at the 26th edition of the World HRD Congress that was recently held in Mumbai. Datamatics was acknowledged as the ‘Best HR Organization to Work’ and was also recognized for the ‘Best Talent Management Strategy’. Alok Jha, Executive Vice President & Global Head – HR & CSR was acknowledged as one of the ‘Top 100 HR Tech Minds’ for his outstanding contribution in transforming the HR landscape through technology.

Best HR Organization to Work: Datamatics received this award for its innovative practices that promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning and people process excellence, leading to employee delight and enhanced productivity.

Best Talent Management Strategy: This award was presented for Datamatics’ talent management practices and competency framework which are in line with the overall business goals and integrates all people processes around recruitment, performance management, development, career transition and retention.

There were two other awards conferred to the HR team for their contribution in training and development as well as for talent management.

The World HRD Congress recognizes and appreciates the valuable contribution that the Human Resource professionals bring to the organization by aligning people strategy with Business Strategy. These awards were evaluated by an eminent jury comprising senior professionals based on a pre-defined criteria.
