MullenLowe Lintas had to manually read each and every line of every newspaper across the country and look out for mentions about the brands they catered to.
MullenLowe Lintas was keen to look at an efficient, customer-friendly solution to automate the process of capturing the relevant data to reduce their turnaround time and reduce overall costs.
Datamatics implemented its AI-based Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution TruCap+ to enable MullenLowe Lintas in auto-capturing the details about the brands from newspapers from page 1 column 1 o page 32 column 8.
TruCap+ helped MullenLowe Lintas to auto-summarize the lengthy articles by quickly glancing through long news items and extract the main message for conducting an efficient search.
Not only the physical newspapers, but TruCap+ also captured data from across the e-newspapers and web articles to send the information to the brands.
