FINATO Collections module
This video demonstrates the FINATO Order-to-Cash Collection module, the smart, simple, and intuitive digital platform for end-to-end CFO Backoffice Automation. The Collections module underpinned by AI/ML algorithms prioritize the collection lists based on different factors. The module allows to make VOIP calls from the interface for expediting the process. With features to accurately track invoice payment terms, customer interactions, and disputes, the FINATO Collection module offers a complete solution for Collections and Dunning. As a future roadmap, FINATO Collection is set to roll out Copilot for Collections for interactive system interaction and automated call summaries for reference and analysis.
