The client is an Indian Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The NBFC is currently engaged in consumer finance businesses which include two Wheeler, Loyalty Customer Loans (top up loans for existing customers) and providing Loans against property and commercial lending.

Millions of customers across the country need vehicle loan. The client has to do hypothecation before disbursing the loan to the customers. Vehicle details are required before loan processing. The data of vehicles had to be manually fetched from government website and application which was a time consuming process as important details were required to process loans which also increased the risk of errors. It reduced the overall productivity of the employees and increased cost.
The client wanted to automate the process of collecting data and registration of the vehicles to increase overall efficiency.
Datamatics studied the entire process and implemented first of its kind mobile automation by integrating proprietary RPA solution, TruBot with the mobile application using the APM server and cleared the existing backlog within a few days.
The bot automatically captured the relevant vehicle data from the website and the application and validated the data against the customer name before disbursing the loan. This helped the client in reducing our turnaround time by a significant amount and also reduced the error risk.
