Datamatics Update on COVID-19 (20 March 2020)

While we all continue to navigate the challenges of COVID-19 pandemic, Datamatics is committed to deliver on our services and continue support your business.

With Datamatics operations spread across the globe, Datamatics’ leadership team is meeting on a daily basis to assess the dynamically evolving situation and respond appropriately to maintain business continuity. The health and welfare of our employees remain a priority, and we have implemented several initiatives that ensure employee safety and zero-disruption of services to you. Some of them include:

  1. For roles that are enabled to work-from-home are allowed to work-from-home. Wherever feasible, managers are taking a call around staggered / shift timings for employees to avoid peak time travel and promote social distancing.
  2. Our IT team is working tirelessly to source laptops to additionally enable our workforce to work-from-home if further need arises.
  3. All business meetings are encouraged to be conducted using collaboration tools against in-person meetings.
  4. We have stepped up our house-keeping services to include sanitization of all our facilities several times a day.
  5. All non-essential travels are banned, and all employees returning from targeted countries are kept in a 14-day self-quarantined mode.
  6. All mass events like Recruitment Drives, Training, and Employee Engagement events have been cancelled.

Besides, Datamatics is adhering to all guidance issued by local governments across the globe.

Datamatics has been in business for decades. During this journey, we have faced several unprecedented challenges and have successfully overcome them due to sheer focus, hard-work, and our commitment to you and our employees.
