Our AI-first journey is coming alive through solutions built by our own teams. The AI-Powered Sales Certification Hub is helping sales teams learn faster and strengthen cross-portfolio knowledge, while the AI-Powered eKYC Platform uses AI to make customer document verification faster and more efficient.
Two initiatives. Different business needs. One common approach — using AI to make a real difference in how we work.

How can AI help our sales teams learn faster and sell better?
The AI-Powered Sales Certification Hub transforms Datamatics’ product knowledge, sales materials, FAQs, and meeting recordings into structured learning content and certification quizzes.
The platform helps sales teams build knowledge across the Datamatics portfolio faster, understand different offerings, and improve cross-selling opportunities. AI speeds up content creation, while SMEs review and validate the content for accuracy and business relevance.
It also provides a readiness heat map, enabling leadership to track sales capabilities across products, teams, and certification levels.
The initiative was led by Anantveer Kanodia and developed by Sarvjeet Singh from the ISG team, bringing together business understanding and technology to create a practical AI solution for our sales teams.
The eKYC platform is designed to make customer document verification faster, easier, and more consistent with the help of AI.
The interesting part is that AI was used to both build the platform and power how it works. The team used AI tools to turn business requirements into a working prototype in just 2 days, significantly speeding up the development process.
Once in use, the platform uses AI to check customer documents for authenticity, completeness, and correct format. It then provides a confidence score and recommends whether a document should be accepted, rejected, or reviewed further. This helps Legal teams save time, reduce manual effort, and make verification more consistent.
The initiative was developed by Nishigandha, Shrikant Sayare, Rahul Chavan, and Shyamsunder, showing how our teams are using AI in practical ways to simplify work and solve real business needs.
