Finally, as the business expanded, the client required a scalable, sustainable model capable of handling diverse service lines and fluctuating demand, without compromising on quality or speed.

The Solution: Phased BOT Model for End-to-End Operational Transformation

Datamatics implemented a phased Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) approach. During the Build phase, operations were transitioned in parallel with hiring, training, and delivery, embedding automation tools such as TruDocs for survey QC, AutoQA for coding, and TruAI for analytics, while SLA and KPI governance ensured seamless operations.

In the Operate phase, Datamatics stabilized operations under its governance, embedding automation across functions and maintaining consistent delivery quality and efficiency.

Finally, in the Transfer phase, the fully operational Global Capability Center (GCC) was handed over to MarketCast after 36 months, reducing reliance on external vendors and giving the client direct control over talent, processes, and intellectual property.
