The client had a large number of invoices that needed to be processed on a monthly basis. And since the entire work was carried out manually, caused multiple errors and time consumption in processing the invoices.

The client needed a centralized automated workflow solution to reduce the errors and increase productivity.

Datamatics used its BPaas workflow, iPM to  route invoices for approval, exception handling, purchase order & invoice matching.
