Datamatics team of consultants conducted a detailed study of business processes within the scope that were largely undocumented.
Close interaction with the SME’s and process owners were needed to understand the current i.e. ‘AS-IS’ business processes covering Finance, Procurement, HR and Travel Process.
Based on the understanding developed from stakeholder interactions, Datamatics consultants detailed 20+ scenarios and designed an all-encompassing ‘TO-BE’ operating model.
The processes were also re-engineered for increasing efficiency and productivity improvements.
