Creating Bot using Generative AI

The video demonstrates a use case of Salesforce Automation. Here, the user automates creating tickets in Salesforce based on inputs from Excel files using "a bot created by Generative AI".  The user provides inputs in Natural Language in the application chatbox. Then, Datamatics TruPilot creates a logical workflow based on the user inputs. After verification, the user creates a ready bot within minutes. The bot is capable of reading unstructured data points from an email, capturing details in a spreadsheet, and updating the structured data in the downstream Salesforce application.
