Salesforce Automation using Generative AI and Bot Creation to create a PO in Salesforce
The video demonstrates a use case of Salesforce Automation. Here, the user automates creating POs in Salesforce based on inputs from Excel files using "a bot created by Generative AI". The user provides inputs in Natural Language in the application chatbox. Then, Datamatics TruPilot creates a logical workflow based on the user inputs. After verification, the user creates a ready bot within minutes. The bot is capable of reading PO details from a spreadsheet and creating POs in Salesforce within minutes.
