Challenges

The client was facing challenges in their payroll process which was outsourced. The client was not satisficed with the services as it caused unplanned delays leading to employee dissatisfaction and attrition.

Due to the current process, the client was unable to meet the SLAs and which also reduced their overall productivity and increased unnecessary cost. There was deficiency in projecting and planning the process which also caused discrepancy. 

The client wanted timely bi-monthly payroll processing for their team in the Philippens with pre-enrollment requirements such as background checks, employee verification and pre-medical checks, compensations and benefits, etc.

Solution

Datamatics created a projection model and deployed dedicated personnel for HR and payroll services. All the standard procedures, including daily login were automated to reduce manual intervention. the processes were aligned according to the client requirements.

Datamatics also created employee engagement plan and employee learning & development program to reduce the employee attrition rate and improve employee satisfaction
