Datamatics Receives Special Recognition at the IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017

Mumbai, June 28, 2018: Datamatics Global Services Ltd. has received Special Recognition in IT Product and Emerging Technology at the IMC Digital Technology Awards 2017 that were recently held in Mumbai. The company was acknowledged for its innovative product TruFare, a solution for Automated Fare Collection (AFC). It was also recognized for its Virtual Reality gaming application for Alzheimer’s patients in the Emerging Technology space.

Datamatics has executed over 20 projects across the globe including New York, London, Hong Kong and Dubai. It is the only Indian company to have highly evolved AFC solutions, Smart Gates and Contactless Gates service offerings through its proprietary solution TruFare.

The gaming application designed by Datamatics is recognized for its innovative use of technology to engage Alzheimer's patients by assigning daily tasks. The application makes use of Virtual Reality (VR), to create a stimulating, interactive, virtual environment which is highly engaging and at the same time has a simple, easy user interface appropriate for aged people.
