TruCap+ Administrator is a privileged access for the administrator personas. It enables the enterprise to configure the TruCap+ solution as per business requirements so that the operators and managers (makers and checkers) can work with the application in a seamless manner.
Allows preparing the application interface for batch processing with minimal maker-checker/human involvement.
Enables application configurations to expedite batch processes.
Allows setting up the application and scheduling the output/export for a pre-configured time.
Supports configuration of many input and output channels and file types.
Supports batch processing of hundreds of document images that executes even in absence of human operators.
Allows configuration of the application for a scheduled export in tandem with the other processes occurring in the enterprise.
Allows to add and delete users and define their access privileges on an ongoing basis.
Supports different queues as per the document types, such as invoices, purchase orders, identity proof, etc.
Supports the configuration of multiple OCR engines in order to pick up the best output
Enables defining one-time ontology definitions for each document type and sub-type prior to using that document.

TruCap+ Export Scheduler feature allows you to schedule the export of the output at a pre-defined time. It is a very important feature that allows you to schedule the output at a time when there is least network traffic, optimize operational costs, and meet the takt time of other business processes.
TruCap+ Transformation feature helps you to, for example, capture the dates in DD/MM/YYYY throughout the document batch irrespective of how it is used in the documents.
TruCap+ Ontology Definition feature helps you to configure your document definitions for a particular document type and sub-type to process documents in batches.
