This video demonstrates how Intelligent Automation enables the Customer KYC Automation process. It shows how the Datamatics TruBot RPA bot downloads the KYC documents from the incoming email received through thousands of customers and sends the attachments to the AI/ML-enabled Datamatics TruCap+ IDP component for data extraction. The image pre-processing and data post-processing capability augments the high accuracy levels in data extraction. The human-in-the-loop functionality of the IDP component proves highly useful in verifying and validating the data in case of low confidence extraction values below the pre-defined thresholds. After extraction, the RPA bot synchronously updates other multiple systems in the ecosystem, such as Salesforce CRM.
