Simplify Product Review Analysis using Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing

Due to mass commercialization and availability of large number of options in consumer goods, nowadays, before buying any product, people read and analyze its online reviews. This is the primary step to understand whether the product fulfills his/her requirements or not. For example, if consumers want to buy mobile phones, they need to check the reviews of the mobile for battery backup, heating problem, camera, RAM, etc.
Product review analysis helps the end-users so they can analyze whether an item is good to purchase. It also helps the company to get the appropriate feedback and improve the product. However, it is very cumbersome and difficult to browse through massive inputs in unstructured format. Here, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning help to analyze vast amounts of such data to review the product and decipher the consumer sentiment whether it is positive, neutral, or negative.
