We wanted to have decentralized digitisation of the customer application form, photocopy of the cheque, transfer forms etc. this was required to increase effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organisation. The focus was to improve the accessibility of the documents in a safe environment. Our paper intensive process was leading to high TAT and undesirable error rate primarily because of its manual processing approach. Datamatics undertook a thorough assessment exercise in order to strengthen the requirements of MGL.
