Datamatics bags the IMC IT Award for Quality

Mumbai, February 6, 2019: Datamatics Global Services Limited (DGSL) announced that they won the prestigious Quality Award at the inaugural IMC-IT awards ceremony held at Mumbai on the 30th of January. This award recognizes the company’s focus on quality.

The IMC-IT awards have been instituted by the Indian Merchants’ Chamber to recognize and encourage all software companies, both small and large. The jury comprising eminent personalities had to sift through more than 150 entries.

At the award ceremony, F.C. Kohli was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to IT.

Datamatics has been a proud recipient of several other prestigious awards on Quality. Datamatics is the only IT company in India to have received the Asia Pacific Quality Award for Services, from over 38 countries including USA, Canada, Russia, Japan and Australia. The company has also been conferred with the IMC Ramakrishna Bajaj Quality Award for Services.

According to Rahul Kanodia, Vice-Chairman & CEO at DGSL, this is a recognition of the efforts that DGSL puts into ensuring the quality of all its deliverables. He said, “The award is a testament to our continual focus on quality. We maintain quality standards not as project requirements but as a way of our life at the organization.”
