Mumbai, March 21, 2018: The Board of Directors of Datamatics Global Services Ltd. have, via resolution by circulation, declared an Interim Dividend at 10% i.e. Rs. 0.5/- (fifty paise only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2017-18.
The Company has fixed Thursday, March 29, 2018 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before April 20, 2018.
