Datamatics Philippines acquires RJGlobus Solutions, a voice-based BPO provider

April 6, 2018, Mumbai: Datamatics Philippines, a step-down subsidiary of Datamatics Global Services Ltd. signed a definitive agreement to acquire RJGlobus Solutions Inc., a voice-based BPO company headquartered in Manila, Philippines. This acquisition will further strengthen Datamatics’ BPO offerings to meet the growing demands of customers and increase its market presence through an expanded global delivery centre.

Established in 2012, RJGlobus Solutions has over 300 employees that offer customer service, back-office solutions and analytics to leading companies in the Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, Aviation, Telecom and e-Commerce space spread across USA, UK, China and Australia.

Speaking on this development, Mr. Rahul Kanodia, Vice Chairman & CEO, Datamatics said, “The strategy behind this acquisition is to scale up our presence in Philippines and also enhance our capabilities in the BPO business through voice-based support.
