Datamatics Global Services provides mailroom management services to customers worldwide through multiple delivery centers in the US, Germany, UK and India. The delivery centers are located close to the customer’s business area, taking care of day-to-day operations and helping reduce overhead costs.

As part of the mailroom management services, a team of trained document processing experts receive documents (purchase orders, invoices, healthcare claims, explanation of benefits forms, account opening forms, etc.) in envelopes delivered via post, courier or by hand. These documents are opened, sorted and prepped (straightened, staples and removed, torn edges repaired) in a highly-secure, limited-access area. These documents are then sent for scanning.

Datamatics also extends the mailroom management services from physical paper to fax and email as required by the client.
