We don't see Datamatics as mere vendor, they are part of us. They represent TRW and they are in TRW family. Such is the level of integration the Datamatics team has developed with TRW.
Shareholders' Grievance Committee
The Board has constituted a Shareholder’s Grievance Committee, consisting of two non-executive, independent directors - Mr. R. K. Saraswat and Mr. Sudhir C. Deshpande. Mr. R. K. During the year ended March 31, 2011 the Company received 110 complaints. No Complaints were pending resolution as on March 31, 2011.
The Committee inter alia, approves transfer and transmission of shares, issue of duplicate share certificates, non receipt of dividend, Annual Report, Notice etc. The Committee oversees performance of Registrar and transfer Agent of the Company. The committee met once during the year under review.
