Datamatics' Organization-Wide Quality Management System integrates several international Quality Standards, including ISO 9001 and SEI CMMi Level 5. Our development centers are certified at PCMM Level 5. Our process-oriented approach - Datamatics' quality management tool "DCORUM" and Process Asset Library (PAL) is designed to enhance productivity of people working on individual customer engagements.
Our dedicated quality group ensures that the lessons learnt are shared across all engagements, irrespective of domain/technology ensuring repeatability of best practices. Our Quality team comprises a set of experts with PMP and CSQA certifications. Key responsibilities of Datamatics' Quality Group include:
- Defining quality and process baselines
- Institutionalizing processes across the organization
- Defining and including emerging technologies and life cycle models into the Quality Management System
- Improving processes based on feedback and performance
- Auditing, tracking, and resolving various non-compliance and defect correction issues and prevention activities
Datamatics' Quality Management tool "DCORUM" focuses on the entire life cycle of software development- from managing customer requirements to Service Level Agreement (SLA) tracking and monitoring, execution of software development tasks, engagement management, defect tracking and prevention, reporting on various engagement, and enterprise level metrics.
Datamatics' Process Asset Library (PAL) consists of enterprise-wide engagement artifacts such as engagement plans, requirements documents, analysis and design documents, test plans, standards, and checklists and tracking reports. PAL is used for aggregating quality and productivity data across the organization and consistently refining effort baselines and defect ratios.
