After a brief stint at the UN offices in the US, Rahul has been working with Datamatics since 1987. His lateral approach led Datamatics to enter into strategic alliances with several leading companies. It is these initiatives that resulted in Datamatics harnessing the power of Information Technology into opportunities for growth. He also initiated organisational restructuring and financial re-engineering to aid growth. He is instrumental in driving quality and people initiatives at Datamatics. Through his untiring efforts, Datamatics has the distinction of being assessed at P-CMM and SW-CMM Level V and is one of of only three IT companies enterprise-wide to be assessed both for P-CMM and SW-CMM Level 5.
Rahul has won several awards including the Indo-American Society's (IAS) Young Achiever 2001 award, the Special Executive Magistrates' Society (1999), and the Omega Roh Honors Society award (1991).
An MBA from the Columbia University, USA, Rahul is a graduate from the Babson College, USA.
