Prospect engagement:

Plan the resources required both technical as well as field resources -
Conduct regular discussions with the Client to satisfy his requirements better -
Offer solution and proposal strategies to the Client -
Drive Engagement to Closure

Assess Team in Project Execution. Analyze the team's performance while executing the Project -
Monitor and Assess Customer Satisfaction. Analyze regularly to check and achieve complete Customer Satisfaction -
Manage Revenue. Assist Field and Head Office in meeting Revenue and Pipeline Targets -
Work with Field Sales Personnel to ensure client acquisition, satisfaction, growth and penetration -
Create Marketing Collateral. Create Line of Business presentation / brochures for prospects & clients -
Presenting
Solution to CXO/s, and Functional heads on E-Learning/E-publishing
concept and how it will improve ROI / Satisfaction Index and lead to
improve in TOPLINE / BOTTOMLINE clients -
Passion

appropriate leadership qualities with a sense of ownership -

Must be customer facing -
The role requires highly self-motivated and enthusiastic sales & marketing professionals with very good communication skills -
