Datamatics’ communication solutions expertise spans across a variety of products and is divided into 3 classes of services:

Device Level
We provide software needed for L3 devices and above. This includes device drivers, platform engineering, web interface, MMI, protocol stacks, codecs and streaming protocols for data terminals, gateways, hand-held terminals, etc.
Framework Level
We provide a common generic platform that enables all applications to collaborate via an ESB or Web Services interface. It interfaces the devices via a South bound interface adapters. We also provide other IT support services to EMS / NMS.
Application Level
We provide expertise on the end-to-end service assurance stack from device performance capture to alarm management, service assurance to service level management and QOS management. We have experience in management dashboards to create and present a view of network performance and SLA management.
