After his graduation in Finance and Accounts from Mumbai’s H R College, Rahul completed his second degree from the Babson College USA, with a specialisation in Management Information Systems. Further, Rahul is an MBA from Columbia University, (an Ivy League University), New York, USA, with a major in Business Strategy & Marketing and a minor in Mergers and Acquisitions and Turnaround Management.

Vidur Bhogilal has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Datamatics Global Services since May 12, 2005, prior to which he acted as CFO and Director. In this capacity, Vidur played a key role in Datamatics’ US acquisitions, including privatizing a NASDAQ listed company and overseeing the successful merger and integration of Datamatics’ three U.S. subsidiaries into one company.

From 1999-2001, Vidur worked as Datamatics’ AGM, Business Development, where he was actively involved in setting up joint ventures with U.S. multinationals and headed the Mergers and Acquisitions division. During this time, the Company executed the first acquisition by an Indian ITES company of a listed U.S. corporation under Vidur’s guidance.

Before joining Datamatics, Vidur worked for international organizations such as JM Morgan Stanley and Arthur Anderson, amongst others.

Vidur received his B.Com. from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and an LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (AICWA). He also holds a degree of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware.

A rank holder and a gold medallist in his academic endeavors, Vidur brings rich experience in the fields of Accounts, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Legal.

Sameer received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University, USA, with Marketing as a major, graduating with honors. Among the honors he earned during his undergraduate years was being featured in the Dean's List throughout the program. Sameer subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from Bryant University, USA, with Finance as a major. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees at Bryant University since February 2008.

Sameer led the team that set up and managed the first high-technology scanning R&D centre at Datamatics to test the feasibility of optical character recognition. Adding to his repertoire of project management and project execution skills were his assignments for the top 25 Fortune 500 companies. This was also interspersed with frequent travels throughout South East Asia, Europe, Canada, Australia and the USA on marketing assignments. Sameer was also involved in the study and evaluation of projects, analyzing workflows, methods to improve processes, customer feedback, and other analysis.

Apart from being actively involved in the operations of the company, Sameer drives various strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and go-to-market strategies.

Arvind heads the US operations, and is focused on directing his expertise towards client acquisitions. He has extensive international experience of over 25 years in general management, strategic outsourcing – BPO & IT. He has led diverse portfolios in sales and marketing, innovative product management functions, key-partner relations and international marketing at companies like NIIT, Nelco, and Zensar, where he spearheaded the US Financial Services vertical. Based in the US for over 15 years, he has been responsible for Datamatics operations in the region since 2002.

Arvind was a key member of NIIT's senior management team; a veteran of 13 years he led several key assignments in the software services division overseas.

He holds an MBA in marketing and finance.

A Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology, P.G Diploma in Guidance & Counseling and a trained Lead Assessor of SEI P-CMM, Dr. Dwivedi has 25 years of professional experience in the areas of Human Resource Management in leading organizations.

Prior to joining Datamatics Global Services Limited, Dr. Dwivedi was Group Head – Human Resources with Financial Technologies Group. Dr. Dwivedi was associated with Datamatics Group as Senior Vice President and Head – Corporate HRD from July 1997 to Jan 2007.

Dr Dwivedi has been awarded with many prestigious awards e.g India’s Greatest HR Professional from World HRD Congress, Global HR Excellence Award, Super Achiever Award, Young Scientist Award from Govt. of India etc. With Datamatics Group also, he was awarded with Outstanding Achievement Award, Exemplary Leadership Award, Group Quality award and Special Awards. Dr. Dwivedi is a member of Governing Council of leading Business Schools and Universities.

A Computer Science diploma holder, Mr. Thuleweit has 20 years of experience in the IT industry with more than 13 years of management expertise. He joined Datamatics GmbH in 1997. Mr. Thuleweit has a strong background in technology as well as sales and marketing and is well versed in C/S concepts, B2B based on mainframes, C programming, SQL Database technologies and Project Management skills.

Prior to joining Datamatics, Mr. Thuleweit worked with firms such as Danet and Nixdorf Computer AG. He also worked at Software AG for 7 years in the capacity of Vice President Technology Alliances where he was responsible for the external development and business relationship of Software AG.

Navin Anand is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the Information Technology and Outsourcing industry. Based in the UK for over 10 years, he has been responsible for Datamatics operations in the region since 2003. The region has grown nearly ten-fold under his stewardship, with several satisfied customers and partners, and a strong team focussed on customer satisfaction.

Prior to moving to the outsourcing/offshoring industry, Navin has enjoyed fruitful career stints with IBM and Wipro in India. His experience portfolio includes several challenging roles in domestic and international sales, marketing and strategy, re-engineering and management. Navin has been a mentor and recognized manager at Datamatics and IBM. He is an alumni of St.Stephen's College, Delhi, and holds an MBA in marketing and systems. Navin is also on the Board of Directors of Cybercom Datamatics Information Solutions.

Ram began his career as a management consultant with Accenture, where over 12 years he advised clients across industries such as Oil & Gas, Auto, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail etc. His areas of focus included business strategy formulation, business process re-engineering and supply chain optimization. He then set up Infosys BPO business in Europe, based in London. He was responsible for business development as Vice-President for Europe and over a four-year period, grew the BPO business in UK and continental Europe. Ram then joined Birlasoft (UK) Ltd as their Managing Director, responsible for IT services business in the European market. At Birlasoft, Ram led the company’s foray into several countries in Continental Europe through a mix of acquisitions, setting up local offices and partnerships.

Ram obtained an Engineering degree from IIT, Kharagpur and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow.
